OUT 20TH OCTOBER ON BMG Pre-Order HERE

Legendary UK rock band Thunder have announced the latest in their on-going expanded reissue releases on BMG.

‘The Thrill Of It All’, ‘Giving The Game Away’, and ‘Shooting At The Sun’ will all be available on vinyl for the first time since their original release on 2LP, as well as a CD digipak. All three releases on vinyl and CD will also feature rare, deleted and unreleased bonus tracks, and are released on 20th October.

The band have today shared a lyric video for a previously unheard live version of ‘Rolling The Dice’ from ‘Giving The Game Away’, recorded at Nottingham Rock City in 2007. Watch the video.

Released 1996, ‘The Thrill Of It All’ peaked at No.14 in the UK Album Chart, and will be available on limited edition pink and clear double vinyl for the first time in 25 years. The album featured key Thunder tracks such as ‘Living for Today’, ‘Love Worth Dying For’ and ‘Pilot Of My Dreams’, and the expanded release features bonus live versions of selected songs from the album.

Released in 1999, ‘Giving The Game Away’ was (like all of these three releases) produced by Thunder guitarist Luke Morley, and showcased Thunder’s signature powerful riffs and catchy melodies, while continuing to evolve their sound. This release will see it available for the first time since 1999 on limited edition green and mustard double vinyl.

Thunder’s sixth studio album ‘Shooting At The Sun’ was released in 2003 following the band briefly disbanding two years earlier, and was hailed as arguably their best and most eclectic set of songs since ‘Laughing On Judgement Day’. It will be available on vinyl for the first time (purple and orange double vinyl), with the original only being available on CD. It features tracks such as ‘Loser’ and ‘Blown Away’.
